HR manager is an on demand system, which allows workforce engagement and self service management for all key HR functions. It allows users to get a real-time view of leave entitlement, timesheets, accrued flexitime, documents and policies. It allows management to have an overview of staff, manage their employees, update any employee changes, respond to leave requests, and create customisable reports for group data.

    • Employees can submit leave requests which automatically gets sent through to the line manager for approval
    • Employees can record Annual, Special, Sick and Bank holiday leave
    • Employees given a real-time view of their yearly remaining leave entitlement
    • Management can generate a leave report to get a real-time calendar view of staff and approved leave
    • Leave can be carried across to the next year (subject to management approval)

  • Authorisation & Approval Workflow

    • Managers are notified via the automated email system when a timesheet/leave request has been submitted
    • Employees are notified once the timesheet/leave request has been approved or rejected
    • There is also the ability to resend notifications to management if no action has been taken

  • Document Management System

    • Upload any files onto the secure system
    • Copies of contracts, identification, policies etc can all be stored and managed under the users contact record
    • Secure individual records mean only users and their line managers can see the data ? there is no visibility to all users
    • User can then easily download copies of the document from anywhere for reference or us

  • Vacancy Control

    • New vacancies can be added by administrators
    • The recruitment cycle can be recorded and monitored
    • New applicants can be records as new contacts, and management can easily access applicant details such as CV, work experience and qualification details.
    • Contacts can then be converted to employees with all existing information intact.
    • Employees can be managed and edited as required (user access level dependent)
    • Existing employees can be redeployed to a new role without losing existing data.
    • Vacancies can be easily created, modified and closed as necessary.
